The last month or so have been turbulent for the Comet Cable subscribers. The sports channels that went off air have not returned but HBO and Cinemax have returned on almost the same day that they went off air. In addition Hallmark also went off air and was returned.
Customer Care and Management are ever so silent. Subscribers are being robbed of their entertainment by these frequent interruptions.

HBO and CINAMAX is gone again from last evening. It is much better if COMET closes down the shop. So that the costumers can find other providers.
they wont close. i did know lot of subagents use comet. and i have seen so many main hotels has comet user guides. comet is bigger then what we think. its just all this money going to some one pocket not for investment for future.
There is hardly anything to see in COMET. What is the point of having a connection like this. If the sports is there I can see the point of having one.
Someone mentioned to me that even if you cancel your Comet subscription, those buggers will not remove the Antenna for a long, long time.One of my neighbours has switched to DTV, but his Comet antenna has not been removed for nearly 3 weeks now.
Have any of you guys heard any similar stories ?
If you cancel your COMET connection do they refund you anything??
no refunds ... but i did heard about it take long time to remove the antena. reason is they have very little mobile services. and if i disconnect my connection i wont give the equipment. decoder is useless, but the antenna can be use as a wifi antenna.
or you can use the antenna as a BBQ grill. Our antenna is so high i am scared even to look at it.
ill be going to DTV veryyyy sooooon.
Looks like the people who talked in favour of comet are also gone away.
Where is Mr. Arnold? May be that was also a trick by Comet to keep their customers.
Now for cinamax they have put NHK (japan). May be COMET want us to learn Japanese. Very soon it will be only free to air channels in COMET and they will charge us for that.
