We are getting complains from Comet Viewers that the Comet Logo on screen is too large. In fact there is no need for the logo. You are not a regular TV channel. You are cable tv channel and professional cable tv channels do not display their logo on the screen along with the logo of the channel being broadcasted and there are also complains of Comet Cable editing the screen content. Please stop carrying out these practices since they are unethical.
Please give heed to customer requests and introduce your much awaited digital transmission since some of your sales people have mislead the public into purchasing your connections claiming them to be digital.

yep.. i agreed with it.. logo is to bigh .. i think resion they are doing it cos of there sub agents.. so even there sub agents go on deferant names still screen shows the main comet logo..and about misleading.. ya they told me its digital 3 yers ago..
I also agree to remove this logo from the screen. it's very unproffesional for a cable operator to put his logo.
And it's very irritating for us the viewvers ! We pay for your service to get commercial free content.

i had same argument with on of staff in the comet (while i was there to pay the bill) the argument i had why this scroll text logos going on.. why there huge comet logo in the screen. these are not free i pay monthly. the staff just waited smiling with out any answer. i ask for manager . He was not in seat (typical)..that idiot never been his seat.
Can someone contact Nations Trust Bank and request them to reduce the size of their logo flag that appears on the BBC channel
Ideally it should be made smaller and appear under the BBC logo
it has nothing to do with there client. it should be done from comet idiots who agreed to put bigger as they can for money
World over broadcasters ensure that no other logo (other than that of the channel viewed) appears on the screen. If the local cable operator has to display his logo on the channel then he need permission from the broadcaster. If it appearing then it is not correct.
You will NEVER get a response from them. Its a pity that there is no strong competition, other wise, many would have abandoned Comet Cable by now
Comet is like the friday Fair. Everything is in the screen.
