I believe that channels such as Fashion TV are not necessary for our culture and ought to be removed. Having said that though, those who are lured by nudity and sex can still do so over the internet!!!

I hope some Govt. wacko reading the above post will not introduce a bill to instruct all ISP to filter "uncultural" urls... that said, with all the Chinese influence these days, it could be a possibility.

How come comet put their logo onto the channels ? I think this is crap. No cable operator does this and it's a real pain for the viewer too !

Please remove the Comet logo and please do not edit the original content of the channels.

yep I agree with the BIG comet logo, if you have to keet the logo, then atleast reduce the size of it.

Sri lankan people are like frogs in side a well. any idiot can understand that FTV is not free. any one who likes FTV can watch coz they are paying. Our industy is based on 50% garment export where FTV like channel is the key way to find new design trends etc..
Those idiots in the governemnt, TRC, some local actors cannot think beyond their world. this is the time to take action against these idiots by law or international law and give more pressure from international organisations who gives more funds to SL to avoid the decisions take by these idiots in the government.
