So with only a few days to go for the month of September it seems that many subscribers are looking forward to the launch of Comet Digital. At the moment there is no publicity is being carried out regarding the launch of Comet Digital. There is some information that suggests that the digital launch has been delayed but we are unable to confirm this and this time it looks like Comet is on track for the digital launch. However anything is possible since this has not been publicized as yet.
According to information received last it seems that Discovery Channel has gone off air on Comet Cable for the second time this year, but we are not sure whether it has returned and we hope that our readers will be able to shed some light on this.
We hope that Comet will publicize its plans for the digital launch and announce the official launch date soon. Hopefully Discovery Channel went off air due to some upgrading being done in relation to the digital launch and not some petty payment issue.

Discovery is back but I am wondering for what reason it was out for about a day. No news about going digital.
this is the story.TRC has given time till end September only.If not for sure they gonna takeaway the frequencies.
But comet cable has already got down the necessary equipment to go digitial and everythig is in place for the grand launch.This september for sure comet will go digital.The digi decorder is free if you pay 3 months upfront.if not have to pay 5000 and buy it.They using the same antennna.First phase they are giving 60 channels.18 existing and 42 new channels.From sports to kids.From news to educational.From movies to general entertaintment.Agreements are in order.
They do not need to start a advertising campaign nor call up a press breifing.For sure all comet subscribers will go digital and they are not giving any new connections till december till they increase the channel line up to 85.In december during the festive season the major roll out will happen.
Guys this is the story.The truth.Im sure no one will blve this.But wait and see this time its gonna happen and it will happen.

Comet cable website has been updated a bit. They say about coming soon 60 channels but no dates are mentioned. Hope it will come soon.
TRC has no right to say any thing! about COMET ! Bcos they nothing 2 say any other spectrum users... hahhaha !!!

Discovery and Animal Planat has gone off from today morning. Hope nothing serious. Few more days to September for comet to go digital. Will wait and hope for the best.
